Terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Dlavo's services, including our pick-up, cleaning, delivery, and folding offerings you
agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use the
service.
2. Service description.
Dlavo offers same day sustainable on-demand laundry, dry-cleaning, folding and buky items service.
We use non-toxic detergents, energy - efficient machines, and eco-conscious packaging to minimize environmental impact.
3. User accounts.
To use our services, you must create an account with accurate personal and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Pickup and delivery.
We offer scheduled and on-demand pickup and delivery based on your location. Users must provide
accurate address and access instructions. If no one is available at pick-up/drop-off, Dlavo may
reschedule or leave the items at a designated safe location (at customer’s risk) with a picture validation.
5. Garment care and cleaning.
All garments are cleaned using eco-friendly methods. While we follow industry best practices, we are
not liable for: Pre-existing damage or weak fabrics, items without care labels, or color bleeding due to
manufacturer defects.
6. Missing or damaged Items.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to
the lesser of: 10x the cost of the cleaning service for that item, or the fair market value of the item. We
do not accept liability for loose items left in pockets or bags.
7. Sustainability commitment.
By using Dlavo, you support a low-carbon service model. We reserve the right to adjust processes in
support of greener operations (e.g., reusable bags, optimized delivery routes, etc.).
8. Pricing and payment.
Prices are displayed in the app and may vary based on service type or garment. All charges will be
processed through the payment method linked to your account. We reserve the right to change prices
with prior notice.
9. Cancellations and refunds.
You may cancel a pick-up or order before a driver is dispatched at no charge. Cancellations after
dispatch may incur a fee. Refunds will be reviewed case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
10. Account termination.
Dlavo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if: You violate these Terms, engage in
fraudulent activity, or abuse the service or staff.
11. Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dlavo disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
12. Governing law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law
principles.
13. Changes to terms.
Dlavo may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the app and website, and
continued use constitutes acceptance.
